Returns & Refund Policy – Tudé


1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item has been delivered

Requests must be made within 3–5 days of receiving the order.


2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof (images/videos) may be required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products

4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent, or
  • A refund will be issued (depending on the case)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping may be covered by us if the issue is on our end
  • Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
