How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 days depending on destination.

How long does my fragrance last?
Tudé fragrances are formulated for 6–10 hours of wear depending on your skin and the scent. Apply to pulse points for best longevity.

Are your fragrances original?
Our Signature Collection consists of original compositions developed in our atelier. The Impressions Collection is inspired by iconic global fragrances, made to the same original standard.

Can I return an opened bottle?
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong-item deliveries are eligible for replacement within 7 days of receipt.

How should I store my fragrance?
Keep your bottle upright, away from direct sunlight, and at room temperature. Properly stored, a Tudé bottle holds its character for years.
